It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and 5 mins from the train station. 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston.
