Casa del Moro

Dentro la valle del Savio, nell'antico centro storico di un borgo centenario, si trova la nostra casa: Casa del Moro. L'antico borgo in cui si trova, Mercato Saraceno, esisteva già nel 1153 quando Saraceno degli Onesti volle creare un mercato vicino al mulino ad acqua, sullo spiazzo vicino al fiume dotato dell'unico ponte sul Savio tra Cesena e Bagno di Romagna. Casa del Moro ha mantenuto lo stile del borgo medievale, aggiungendo elementi di recupero a sostegno della sua identità centenaria.

Appartamento interamente ristrutturato in casa bifamiliare sui colli di Civitella di Romagna. Situato in piena campagna l’appartamento, che è al piano terra, è circondato da campi e boschi che offrono quiete e scorci naturali. È provvisto di parcheggio e dista 30km da Forlì, 50 km dalla riviera romagnola, 10 km da Santa Sofia dove è possibile rilassarsi nelle acque del fiume Bidente e 23 km dalla diga di Ridracoli nel parco delle Foreste Casentinesi. Dista 2,8 km dal centro di Civitella.

A pochi Km potete visitare il parco delle foreste casentinesi e godere delle emozioni culinarie, culturali e storiche del nostro territorio. Annesso al casolare è disponibile un antico forno a legna.

Trattasi di un tipico casale romagnolo dell inizio ‘900, immerso nelle colline romagnole tra Forlì e Cesena. A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. A disposizione degli ospiti zona bbq e area attrezzata ombreggiata per cene all aperto.
