Enjoy your coffee and evening beverages on the screened porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. Must be age 25+

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Have a relaxing stay at this lovely 4 bedroom/2 bathroom residence in a coveted neighborhood. The house offers an open floor plan with a formal dining area, as well as, a sunroom sporting a pool table and a pool. The backyard also includes a barbecuing area and plenty of seats for suntanning. The three guest rooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and the Master includes it's own en suite bathroom and seating area.

Quaint Brick home in the quiet country, surrounded by Georgia red clay, multiple state parks, & plenty of water. This property is easily accessible and about a 30 minute drive from Augusta, GA, 15 mins to Graves Mountain, and 10 mins from Clarks Hill Lake with enough parking for a boat or two. Enjoy a quiet stay as cellular service works, yet is spotty in most cases.
