This home is spacious but cozy. It is the perfect place to enjoy visiting your kids who are away attending West Liberty University or Bethany College. The hilltopper house is 0.8 mile from West Liberty University and 4 miles from Bethany College. The perfect place to stay while you are watching some college sporting events.

Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage.
