Studio is in the basement of a house with your own entrance around the back. Roku TV, Internet, Keurig full of a variety of coffee. Shared back yard with deck and shared laundry Available. The Carriage House Loft at Marion Hall Mansion*

This open floor plan loft is on the first floor of an 1897 Carriage House. 1k sf, 12' ceilings, exposed brick and other beautiful elements. Fully equipped new kitchen with MASSIVE island, new bathroom, beautiful modern furnishings and a dedicated work space. This was once the stables of the carriage house of Frank Enger. Mr. Enger’s family manufactured carriages in the 1800s. When Frank took over, he eventually began putting motors in the carriages and ultimately founded the Enger Motor Company.
