Wyvern Apartment is a newly converted studio apartment which is close to beautiful countryside and many great attractions. We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. The Little Dairy, at Watercombe Farm is ideally situated, being only a fifteen minute walk into Yeovil Town centre. We are also only a short walk from, Bournemouth University Campus, Westland Entertainment Centre and Abbey Manor Business Park, most of which can be reached via footpaths. A five minute drive will take you to the historic village of Montecute, leading onto the Chinnocks, Chiselborough and Norton Sub Hamdon, all of which are ideal for walking, cycling or simply a pub lunch.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
