The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. It's a 5 min walk to Finsbury Park Station with it's amazing transport links to the city centre and beyond. 2 stops (5 mins) to Kings Cross St Pancras, 10 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Covent Garden. The area has lots of friendly neighborhood cafes, bars, restaurants, parks and a farmers market to explore.
