Heart l Of Montrose - Cozy 1 BR

The condo is located on the 1st floor of a classical building built in 1930's. A very pleasant kitchen-dining room is furnished with taste and it is perfect for a relaxing dinner after having explored Houston. The living area wth the sofa bed is located at the opposite part of the aparment so that it can be considered as a separate bedroom (although it does not have a door separating from the rest of the condo). An outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing breakfast. Breakfast on the run provided.

This lovely garage apartment with private entry is attached to a StudioMet Home (built in 2019) in a premier Houston neighborhood (Rice Village/Texas Medical Center). There is ample parking and you can walk to the light-rail, which will take you to the Museum District, Zoo, Parks, Downtown, Reliant Center (Rodeo!), and more. There are dozens of excellent restaurants nearby and premier shopping in the Rice Village (walking distance) and Galleria. Texas Medical Center is located <1 mile away.
