Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

This 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette is close to the City centre, train and coach stations. Enjoy peace and quiet at this stylish place in the leafy suburb of Lady Bay West Bridgford. Park your car on the road in front of the flat. The apartment has been recently renovated and it has everything you will need, as well as the outdoor space. River Trent and open fields are very short walk away. Close to Central Avenue, Holme Pierrepont Water Sports Centre, Cricket Ground, Football stadiums.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

You can walk to the Nottingham castle, Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse or the Motorpoint Arena, or to many pubs (incl. the Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem dated back from 1068), restaurants including the nationally acclaimed Alchemilla & Japanese Kushi-ya . Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

The Stone House II - Nottingham

Enjoy a comfortable home from home experience at this centrally-located place. This modern interior traditional terraced house is suitable for upto 5/6 guests. A short walk into the City centre, although regular bus service at the bottom of the street. A stones throw away from array of shops and eateries. Not too far away from the local football and cricket grounds, and also local to the Motorpoint centre for Ice Hockey matches and Music events.

Luxurious and totally private suite with ensuite and kitchenette, set back in a stunning, peaceful garden, detached from house with own private entrance. Complete with Wi-Fi, TV, washing facilities and off street secure parking. Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.
