Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill. Please note check in/out Fri and Mon.

Totally separate accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with it's own bathroom and a breakfast room which enjoys views across the valley. In the breakfast room you will find a kettle with complementary drinks, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits,and cereal.When staying longer a few other treats will be provided. Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.
