Here's a great spot that's only a few blocks to Lake Eola, located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in FL!

The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Theme Parks of the Orlando area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.

Also Downtown Orlando will be only 10 min from your Airbnb and even more, you can also find UCF just 14 min away. Universal Studio, Volcano Bay, and Islands of Adventure Them Parks are only 20 min away. The Aquatic Park Sea World will find it 28 min away. And the amazing Disney Parks located 35 min away. Traffic is moderate.

The Cottage A Pet Friendly Guesthouse

Welcome to The Cottage! A pet friendly, super cute, and quiet studio apartment built in 2016, located above the detached garage behind my house. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.
