The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Cozy Country Cottage

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.

Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
