Strictly no parties or events. Please be aware that this is a quiet area & we kindly request there be no noise after 12 at night in order to respect the neighbours.

Llama Lodge at the Alpaca Farm

The Llama Lodge is a free standing stone building behind our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare) surrounded by our herd of friendly, free-roaming alpacas & llamas, and stunning views of Kenmare Bay. There is a king-size bed, a small seating area, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette area with a small two-ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery & plates etc. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, cereal bars & biscuits are provided in the room, and tea & coffee.

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

Beautifully situated on The Wild Atlantic Way, convenient to exploring Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara and within 5 minute drive to the pretty town of Kenmare. We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Garden house is 3 miles from Kenmare. It is set in 3 acres of mature garden & fields & has a lovely view of the countryside & mountains. We like art, design, cooking & gardening & our home reflects this ! We hope you make Garden House your home while you stay! Also two adult bicycles & helmets available for use during your stay so you can enjoy some of the amazing cycle routes on the country lanes, which surround the house!
