(Aquí se encuentra también la lavandería). Andando, el piso está a 12 minutos del tren. A 10 minutos de la playa de Benicarlo, 5 minutos del Mercadona, 2 minutos de la plaza Constitución y su mercado. En coche, 10 min de Peniscola y su Castel y de Vinaròs y su linda playa. En febrero, hay la famosa fiesta del alcachofa!
