Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
