Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Guiting Power village is just a 10 min walk along a footpath or by road, with Country Pubs, a Post Office/Cafe and a Deli/Coffee shop. Ideally situated to explore Cotswold villages with stunning local walks and scenic drives, or to enjoy the thrills of the famous horse racing at Cheltenham.

The wood-fired Hikki Sweden hot tub is available for guests to use 24/7, with stunning countryside views. We provide several logs and kindling on arrival. Set amongst the orchard on a small traditional working farm with good access for exploring Gloucestershire and the cotswolds and beyond! Our shepherd's hut is located just off the A38 right in the middle of Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Gloucester making it a great base for seeing the sites. A fully equipped shepherd's hut complete with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, bbq and wood fired hot tub.
