Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The Lakehouse is a luxurious New England style property overlooking Isis lake. Outside there is an enclosed decking area with a BBQ, overlooking the lake. Our holiday home offers a fantastic, safe environment with access to a children's play area, outdoor floodlit tennis courts, football, basketball and badminton nets, boules and croquet, plus indoor games room. Fishing is also permitted on the lakes and non-motorised water sports is allowed on nearby Windrush Lake.
