The house is in Portmarnock, a coastal village just 25 minutes away by dart from Dublin City Centre. DART is 5 min away on foot. You cannot miss ‘Velvet Strand’ beach which is just 25 min away from the house. The village has supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There is lovely cat in the house.
