The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Il est situé à 17 minutes du parc des expositions de Rouen, 25 minutes du Kindarena, 16 minutes de Biotropica. Au bout de la rue, place du champ de foire, la ligne de bus F9 vous conduira à Rouen. Parking gratuit dans la rue (pas toujours de place) et parking au bout de la rue gratuit (champ de foire).
