Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

For an additional fee, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

IMPORTANT NOTE There are access issues for young children to the nearby creek, hence our restriction of young kids at the property.
