The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot). This place is a fantastic garden home, The wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large private terrace covered with a grape vine canopy and views of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
