Relax in style in a great neighborhood. The house is central to Broadripple Village and very close to Butler University campus. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.

This charming cottage was featured in Indianapolis monthly magazine twice! It is tastefully decorated, bright, open and airy. It is a 10 minute walk to all the shops and bars.
