We are approx 900m from the local township and shops, situated at the end of a culdesac with no passing traffic. Enjoy full sea views from most rooms, and watch the ferry crossing from the deck. Quality appliances include Miele dishwasher and washing machine and SMEG oven. You are invited to forage in the gardens for veges and herbs. Free wifi too!

The master bedroom, kitchen and living areas have beautifully captured the stunning backdrop of Penneshaw Beach and the ocean views of Backstairs Passage and brought it into the home. She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Saltwater Holiday House

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.
