This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.

Nestled in the quaint, historic town of Dandridge, this cottage has expansive views of both Douglas Lake and the Smoky Mountains. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom "shabby chic" home with a separate kitchenette upstairs. It has a large deck facing the lake, the pedestrian bridge and the Greenway walking trail. Enjoy tranquil days and romantic nights in this unique renovation from old jewelry store to cozy cottage. Parking on property and across street.
