Oak Barn - Idyllic, Quiet, Rural Barn Conversion

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

The Old Library, Colham Mill

Colham Mill Farm is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful, unspoilt valley, walking distance from Castle Combe Village. There are 2 pubs, a michelin star restaurant and a cafe. As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. The Other Side is a lovely space located in the beautiful Shropshire Countryside, close to Newport & Edgmond. This self contained accommodation is part of our farmhouse with its own entrance, it is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a comfortable, beautifully appointed and private base to explore the local area, visit family at Harper Adams University or The Lilleshall Sports Academy. We are conveniently placed for many local attractions, close to Shrewsbury and Staffordshire border.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
