Route: 1. Take the Airport metro to Taipei Main Station. 2. Then walk to the flat (It's about 170 m). Regarding luggage storage: Normally, you can come drop your luggage here at 12 pm. If you need somewhere to store your luggage after you check out, I will suggest to store it to the luggage room which is next to Taipei Main Station. It’s cheap and more convenient when you go somewhere else. (I will provide you information about it)
