A king size double bed, shower and toilet. A log burner for chillier times and fully insulated. Sooth yourself with our luxury handmade sheep milk soap. Fresh eggs from our chickens. Surrounded by our sheep and lambs in the fields yet within walking distance of the village, pub or circuit. No dogs. No Children.

It has a stunning lake view to the back where you can just sit and relax with a cup of wine and just watch the duck grooving through the ripples of the lake and a scenic golf course view to the front where you can watch the golfers as they tee up and their swing unleashing a funky fusion of rhythm and finesse. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
