We are located on Daytona Beach a 1 minute walk through the pool area to be on the beach. You cannot beat this ocean view. This Studio has been completely remodeled in October 2024. Enjoy the new 75" TV and the oversized comfortable chair with ottoman. The table allows for dining and also for working. Spend time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and also with a view of our giant pool. It's the best place for people watching! Also enjoy many flocks of Pelicans flying by the unit each day.

Welcome to our updated and cozy condo by the beach, offering comfort and convenience. Enjoy beachside living with easy access to the ocean, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. While our unit does not boast a direct ocean view, the **proximity** to the beach can't be beat! Note: Our unit is modern and trendy, but the building is old and from the 1960s. We maintain a smoke-free space but there may be residual smoke odor in the hallways due to individuals smoking outside

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
