Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.

Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Cozy stylish detached new studio + free bikes

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.
