About a block away from the front door is one of the three private crabbing/fishing docks, kayak launch and marina! Enjoy walking or biking along the water and trails throughout the community. The Creek Suite is a special place Private entrance. Nicely decorated the suite has a beautiful relaxing Sunroom with an outstanding view of the creek and all the wildlife. Comfortable seating has a comfortable king bed and TV with cable the kitchenette is custom with a two burner hot plate small refrigerator. There is an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and both kcups and fresh coffee beans and grinder. The bath has a stall shower. We will have fresh eggs for you from our chickens

Sunny Studio in Rehoboth Beach

Hi! Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the left side of our house. It consists of one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed, a comfy loveseat, and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

The Big Yellow House

Located in a Wildlife Preserve Area on the beach, The Big Yellow House has lots to offer--beachfront, spectacular views of the Marsh, wildlife--including heron, osprey, horseshoe crabs, bald eagles! House offers space for up to 10 family members--3 queen beds, plus one queen sofa, and one king daybed. Elevator for getting those groceries upstairs. Porches to help you enjoy sunrise, sunset, hot tub, wildlife observation, coffee, cocktail. You like fishing? This is the spot.

The boardwalk in front of our home leads to the beach path access across the street. You will enjoy views from both the front and back decks: including the beach & Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge.
