Bucharest is also extremely accessile via public transportation and taxis (Bolt, Uber for less than EUR 2). Located on the 4th floor, it is very quiet and equipped, incl. air-conditioning (it can get really hot in the summer)! There are several excellent restaurants and a supermarket nearby too and one of Bucharest's best bakeries!
