Escape to your private waterfront oasis! This serene 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront retreat offers a heated pool (May-Sept), private dock, kayaks, fire pit, pickleball and BBQ lounge. Set 200 feet off the road on a private driveway, it’s perfect for families or quiet getaways. Just 8 minutes west to Huntington’s vibrant shops and restaurants, 6 minutes east to charming Northport Village, and 1 hour by train to NYC. Relax, recharge, and create lasting memories in this peaceful Long Island haven.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Walk down to the Patchogue Beach Club and enjoy the pool and beach. This open-concept home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a remodeled bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a butcher block countertop with natural lighting that will brighten the home.

Fully private apartment ...private bathroom, private bedroom with queen size bed, private living room with 2 couches & 1 futon with a separate private entrance, private kitchen (please note dishwasher is inoperative & not listed as an added amenity). Pool is limited to Airbnb guests listed on reservation only. Pool hours are 8am-8pm.
