Within a few minutes boat ride, you can be swimming in beautiful freshwater Springs. Amazing places to eat by water and by Land! Located on the Suwannee River, and only a short 20 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Santa Fe River

Large beautiful canal front home with floating dock. 5 minute boat ride to the Suwannee river and 15 minutes to the gulf. Over 1700 sqft of living space with 3 bedrooms all with King Size Beds. Large living room with multiple sofas. Spacious fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful canal views from your dual upstairs and downstairs patios. Ample parking in front of the house for at least 4 cars, can also accommodate boat trailers. Washer and Dryer on first floor. FYI there are stairs to climb.

Lee's Little Cottage - with dock & boat slip

Adorable Guest Cottage - 1 bedroom with dividing wall, 2 beds and 1 Bath inside with an additional outside shower. Relaxing front porch with River access across the street. Includes dock use with 1 included boat slip. Ample parking on site. Within walking distance of most places, but a bicycle or golf cart makes it even better. Steinhatchee is a Golf-Cart community, so come join the fun. *Note - There are two beds with a partition wall for privacy, but the beds are not in private rooms.

Crane's Landing: Riverfront W/ Private Dock

Cranes Landing is a stunning waterfront home on over a one-acre lot with the Suwannee River just a few steps away! This is a stylish place to stay and is perfect for group trips with accommodations for 6 guests. The 2 bedroom(1 with queen bunkbeds) 1 bath house has all the amenities your heart desires while making you feel at home. This property is also 5-10 min away from the nearest boat ramp with a private dock to hold any watercrafts plus all the amenities you would need.

Located on a scenic tidal creek off of the Steinhatchee River. .(with resident manitees) Close to the best scalloping spots! With 2 separate living rooms, a screened in back porch, and a gazebo on its only little island. Prepare to enjoy the natural beauty of this serene location just minutes from live entertainment, restaurants and marinas.

Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

Welcome to the Threadfin House - Boat Parking!

Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Located near the Suwannee River and several beautiful natural springs.
