Elizabeth's Thatched Cottage is a two hundred year old listed building located in the heart of a working farm on The Wild Atlantic Way. The cottage has three bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with stunning views of the River Shannon. 30 minute drive to Adare Manor and Ballybunion Golf Club, Limerick Greenway and an hour away from Killarney National Park. Tarbert/Killimer ferry to Burren National Park and Cliffs of Moher 5 minutes away. An hours drive from Shannon and Kerry Airports.

Central location for day trips to Killarney, Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Cliffs of Moher via Tarbert ferry. Shannon Airport is one hour, thirty minutes away and Kerry Airport is one hour away.

The Old Post Office is bright and modern, situated in the heart of Doonbeg - a small and charming seaside village in West Clare which acts as a wonderful base for touring the county. The Townhouse overlooks the Doonbeg River and is a stone's throw from the 2 restaurants and 4 pubs. The unit has a luxurious ensuite bedroom upstairs and an open plan living area downstairs, comprising a beautiful kitchen, as well as a dining and lounge area. The back door opens out to a courtyard garden.

It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.

Self catering luxury glamping pod . A cosy private space nestled by the side of our cottage. It has a kitchenette with; Microwave Mini fridge & ice box Kettle Toaster Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Ensuite shower Double bed and a sofa. TV plays DVDs only , with a good selection of DVDs. There is no cooker in the pod but there is a Gas Plancha (Hot Plate) and a single gas ring situated in an outside cooking station next to the pod. WIFI

Is has a fabulous beach within walking distance to swim or explore. We are only 2km to Carrigaholt and 5 km to Kilkee and very near Loop head and right on the wild Atlantic way. There is loads to see and do near by !
