We have created this lovely little stand alone house to share with those who love the to be close to the beach yet enjoy some space away from the hustle and bustle of busier tourist areas. Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house. * Please note, there is a shared driveway. The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
