The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

The Hay Loft is located in the beautiful Cornish countryside at Wilton Farm. It is a self contained modern barn conversion with a spacious private garden and patio area. It is the ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and the gateway to many beautiful sandy beaches. Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Barn is a detached converted farm building situated within the village of Dobwalls. Consisting of an open plan living, dining and kitchen space downstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. An outside courtyard area provides a secluded area to relax. Dobwalls, close to the A38, is a perfect location for exploring the local area. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.
