The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Captain's Quarters

The Captain’s Quarters is a charming two-story retreat on the Delaware Bay. Mornings begin with coffee at the cozy kitchen bar and evenings end with sunsets on the breezy sleeping porch. Two bedrooms promise restful nights. The first floor offers extra sleeping space, a full kitchen (tabletop oven upon request), and a walk-in shower. Spend your days fishing from the shore or strolling the beach at sunset—this bayside haven blends romance, family comfort, and the timeless rhythm of the tide.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Country Getaway to Villa Roadstown Art Studio Loft

Feel welcomed as you relax at a rustic and tranquil getaway in the historic hamlet of Roadstown in rural South Jersey with its nature preserves and waterways set among farmlands and fields. Feel at home in a renovated art studio adjacent to the Obediah Robbins House c.1769. Your comfort needs are met with a well equipped kitchenette, lounge, workspace, and rain shower bath. Retire upstairs to a loft room complete with cozy reading corner and a comfy queen bed.

Looking for a relaxing getaway? Gandy's beach is the perfect place for you. This secluded beach is a perfect place to escape your everyday hustle and bustle. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house sits right on the water and sleeps up to 12. Feel free to bring your own fishing gear to fish right from the deck. We have 1 canoe and a few generic "orange" Life jackets to be used. If you have a jet ski or a boat you can drop it in at Sundog Marina.
