Cozy Solar Cottage on the West Side

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.

The Happy Cottage - Historic Downtown Dairy

The historic Sinton Dairy was owned by the Sinton family in the early 1900s. This cottage was the original hose house and is located behind the main home on the property. It has been transformed into a beautiful fabulously furnished one bedroom cottage, complete with a full bath and fully stocked kitchen. Cozy Inlaw Suite in the Bonnyville Neighborhood nestled within the center of the city with easy access to I-25. Have fun with all the local entertainment that downtown Colorado Springs has to offer. See the top of Pikes Peak, Olympic Training Center, Air Force Academy, Zoo, hike Garden Of The Gods & Seven Falls. Experience the many breweries & wineries in our area. Walking distance from grocery store, coffee shops, a park, trails, and a small shopping center.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

This quiet home is just a few minutes walk from trails into the beautiful Garden of the Gods park, and a short drive from Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, and other nearby attractions. The charming cottage was built in 1926 and is a sunny and cozy home base for anyone exploring the area. We recently made upgrades to appliances, furniture, and wifi based off feedback from our guests. Come and enjoy everything that Colorado Springs has to offer.

Totally Private Gorgeous Suite 800sqft

This suite is totally private (no shared spaces) and can sleep up to 4, includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a living room, dining area and a back patio with Cheyenne Mountain view. A kitchenette (counter top, cabinets and a sink) is built, and ready for use. The spacious bedroom has a queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base with a massage feature. The living room has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, a 55" smart TV with streaming services.
