Spacious bedrooms with queen beds, plenty of closet space and stylish decor are all a plus in this quiet neighborhood that is located in the heart of Omaha. Updated kitchen and living room provide a comfortable atmosphere to relax. Cushy couch folds out into a queen pull out. Any furry friends will enjoy the large fenced-in backyard. The backyard is a shared space. Old Market and Henry Doorly Zoo are within a 10 min drive. I-80 is accessible and 4 minutes away. Basement is separate private unit.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

It is also just a short drive or Uber ride to the Old Market, Charles Schwab Ball field, Chi Auditorium, Lauritzen Gardens, Offutt Air force Base, Bellevue, Papillion, Harrahs and Ameristar Casinos, Creighton, UP headquarters.
