Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. Plenty of room in our charming, very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage down a private lane. Living room and private bathroom with fabulous shower. NO KITCHEN but tea/coffee making facility, microwave and a small fridge.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Accessible by 4 public transport systems- E2 bus which passes the house connects to all other services including: Aircoach 700 and 702 services as well as DART and mainline train. All bus services run 24/7 Dublin Airport: 30 minutes by car or approx. 60 mins by bus
