Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. This bright and spacious 1 bed room apartment is downstairs from the Superhosts of a Portobello Georgian House, is within walking distance to most major tourist sites in Dublin. It features 3 colorful 1840s period fireplaces, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely view of a thriving olive tree. Please note the old house charm of this place is not for everyone. There are a few quirks, like the closet shower, and the creaky old floorboards above that could disturb noise sensitive guests.

Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
