The cottage sleeps two, in a cosy king-sized bed, with direct access to a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with log stove and views to the loch. Dufftown is 3 miles, Keith is 8 miles and the village of Drummuir is 2.5 miles Wifi service is limited due to location

The Whisky Hideaway in Craigellachie

Newley refurbished cottage in Craigellachie. Ideally located for the whisky trail this comfortable two bedroom property is close to the Speyside Way offering lots of walking and cycling routes. The world famous river Spey is on the doorstep and with many of the regions distilleries close by this is the ideal base to explore Speyside. The Craigellachie Hotel and Highlander Inn around the corner offer great food and outstanding whisky bars. Please note there isn't any washing/drying facilities.

Convalmore House

Convalmore House is a traditional cosy detached home built in the 1890's, and was once the distillery managers house of the Convalmore Distillery. It is very spacious with 4 large bedrooms, livingroom, snug, kitchen and dining room. There are two family bathrooms, and a separate toilet on the ground floor, a large private garden as well as a private car park. Perfect location for visiting the famous distilleries in the Speyside area, including Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Aberlour and Macallan.

York Street Retreat, modern cosy 2 bed with garden

York Street retreat offers visitors a cosy home from home feel. Situated in the heart of Dufftown, the house provides a great base to explore all that Speyside has to offer. Stay local enjoying the beautiful scenery, the castles, the Glenfiddich distillery tour and whisky lounge. Take a walk along the river Fiddich to the fairy village, or visit the Keith & Dufftown heritage railway. A short drive takes you to the Speyside cooperage visitor centre to watch first hand skilled coopers at work.

The Castle Byre

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Being of contemporary open plan design, it retains the traditional look of the original barn interior with large exposed roof trusses and natural stonework. Underfloor heating provides discrete background warmth and there is a modern wood burning stove to give an enhanced level of cosiness.

All pods have underfloor heating, en-suite shower room, micro kitchen c/w sink, 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge etc. Each pod has a fixed double bed and double sofa bed, also free view and Netflix enabled TV and free Wifi. A deck and patio with views and fire pit/BBQ too. Pods can sleep up to 2 adults & 2 kids. Dogs are most welcome - £20 doggy surcharge for up to 2 dogs per stay.
