Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Beachfront Getaway!

This is a unique stay. Located 100 feet from the beach. Surrounded by a bird sanctuary, multiple beaches, bike paths, and restaurants. Provisions and other fun activities just an 8 minute drive away. Enjoy the summer at your secluded beach oasis and experience waking up to the sound of the waves outside your window. The cottage has all the modern comforts including AC and heat. We have plenty of water, but ask that you please conserve as much as possible for showers and dishwashing.

Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom private guest house, nestled in a peaceful Chilmark neighborhood. Enjoy the spacious outdoor area, perfect for gatherings, featuring an 8-person dining set, a wood-burning fire pit, a BBQ grill and a seasonal outdoor shower. Our location offers easy access to local attractions: just a 4-minute drive to Alleys General Store, West Tisbury Center, and the library, and only 5 minutes to the stunning Lucy Vincent Beach and Chilmark town center.

Down island woodsy retreat.

A peaceful retreat in the woods, centrally located down island near miles of hiking and biking trails and the Alpaca Farm. This large sunny BASEMENT apartment features a full walkout private patio and private entrance. The upstairs floors of the property are rented seperately in August, but I (homeowner) live there year round. We are 1.5 miles from the Performing Arts Center and a 10-12 minute drive to all 3 down Island towns. A car is highly recommeneded, however.
