Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this is the place for you, as the shack is surrounded by rolling county Antrim farmlands, all the while being within minutes of the top spots such as the giants causeway, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, the dark hedges and the Bushmills distillery. A little further (15 minutes drive) will take you to Portrush.

This prime position makes us extremely close to both of the blue flag beaches, exceptional restaurants & pubs, the train station and of course Royal Portrush Golf Club. This charming, traditional Irish cottage has been fully restored and is uniquely situated on an outcrop of rock. It has a walled garden which is washed on two sides by the sea. It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The new conservatory, is an additional feature for guests to enjoy the magnificent views. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.

Beautiful cottage is set in the scenic countryside while also being only 2 miles from the seaside town of Portrush. The Giants Causeway is approx 4.5 miles and Bushmills Distillery is 3.5 miles. Dunluce Castle is approx 1 mile. The house has been awarded 4 star grade by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, washing machine, oven and cooking utensils. We sincerely hope all who stay will feel it is a home from home.
