The Oat Box Converted Horsebox North Coast Ireland

Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

We are a Tourist certified establishment - our small self contained apartment is ideal for a short / long stay to relax, enjoy good food in the town or by the harbour. Go exploring the North Coast! The apartment is near two beautiful beaches, the West strand/East strand and if you enjoy golf, the fantastic golf course is a few minutes walk away The Giants Causeway and Carrick a rede rope bridge are a short drive away and the connecting roads to all attractions are beside the apartment road.

The Surfer’s Shack is a unique tiny space created from an upcycled shipping container. The decor is inspired by the local Causeway coastline. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this is the place for you, as the shack is surrounded by rolling county Antrim farmlands, all the while being within minutes of the top spots such as the giants causeway, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, the dark hedges and the Bushmills distillery. A little further (15 minutes drive) will take you to Portrush.

All tourist attractions like Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, White Park Bay, Dunluce Castle & Ballintoy Harbour are all close by. Car essential.

The Burrow is a ground floor luxury log cabin with exclusive use of private garden, patio and hot tub. The apartment is a 30 minute drive from the stunning North Coast attractions and a 45 minute drive from Belfast. Beautiful cottage is set in the scenic countryside while also being only 2 miles from the seaside town of Portrush. The Giants Causeway is approx 4.5 miles and Bushmills Distillery is 3.5 miles. Dunluce Castle is approx 1 mile. The house has been awarded 4 star grade by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, washing machine, oven and cooking utensils. We sincerely hope all who stay will feel it is a home from home.

Beautiful property inside and out with the most stunning views of Royal Portrush Golf Course and only a stones through away from whiterocks beach. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.
