Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja udobnu oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.

It is located next to the main highway 4 kilometers before the town of Zabljak, Located in the central part between all the main attractions that the national park Durmitor offers. The house is visible from the main road and it is impossible to get to the town of Zabljak without seeing it. Durmitor Sunset is located in Pošćenski kraj, 5.5 kilometers from Žabljak.
