Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
