Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. New build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy. Restaurants we love are Limeleaf, panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance, pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing but you do have to get there early. About 25 mins from the airport.

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an adorable dog.
