The market towns of Guildford and Farnham are only an 8-minute drive, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment with great connectivity to the A3, M3, and M25.

First floor twin bed

Flat 2 is on the first floor and has twin beds and a sofa bed. The flat is small with just enough room for everything you need and great views. There is fast WIFI, Sky stream with movies , TNTsports and Netflix premium. Downstairs in the laundry room you have access to the washing machine and dryer and extra towels . The parking space is on the Farncombe Hill forecourt, EV charging is available and there is a small shared garden. This flat is pet free but pets are welcome in the other flats .

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
