Fletchings Rest is a cosy rural retreat which sits in the grounds of our home. You will have the spacious open plan guest accommodation to yourself with private access and private patio, which has outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. The perfect place to escape busy lives and explore the beautiful countryside of Sussex, with great walks onto fields which is accessed from the property. 15 mins walk to The Griffin Pub in Fletching. 1m to Piltdown Golf C one of the top 50 valued Courses in the UK.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The Nest: A Unique Retreat on the South Downs Way

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfields, Spring Gardens Nursery. An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

The Cottage @ the Laines is ideally located at the heart of Brighton, with easy access to the best the city has to offer. The train station is just 5 minutes walk, with a similar distance to the beach. Being situated in the Laines conservation area, you will have Brighton's array of independent shops, cafe's, bars, and restaurants at your doorstep. You will also be just a few minutes walk from the Brighton Dome, Komedia, and walking distance from The Pier, Brighton Centre and i360.

Nestled in the heart of historic Steyning, this charming one-bedroom apartment perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and countryside charm. Just steps from shops, pubs, and restaurants — including the iconic Cobblestone Walk — and surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park with its beautiful walking trails. After a day of exploring, unwind in your own mini cinema, complete with a 43" smart TV, Netflix, and surround sound, creating the perfect space to relax and recharge.

A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. We live with our baby Vincent and cat Yogi. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

Welcome to our Brand New, Stylish-themed studio in a building with Lift. Enjoy modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious bathroom with shower, a cosy bedroom area, and a private balcony. Free access to the shared GYM and WORKSPACE. Take advantage of free parking, super-fast WiFi throughout, and a smart TV. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Annex with sunny patio, nr Oxted

2 bedroom detached Annex with secure off-road parking in the Surrey Hills AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), yet close to the M25. 10min walk to Godstone village and its gastropubs/cafes. 15min drive to Gatwick airport. A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). EV charging available.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Lancing Beach Apartment

An apartment directly on the beach at Lancing, West Sussex, with a whole wall of glass facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. Easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham - Trains/buses/roads. Located above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach restaurant - pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the view.
