Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

West St Chapel is a unique home in the heart of the historic market town of Oundle. Oundle is a beautiful vibrant town on the river Nene, featuring Georgian architecture and a range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

Located in the idyllic village of Ashton which was previously part of the Rothschild Country Estate of Ashton Wold this single storey thatched cottage provides the ideal retreat to the countryside. The historic market town of Oundle is 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. The cottage has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and is peaceful & quiet. Lovely pubs are present in nearby villages. There is ultrafast broadband available.

This cosy self-contained private barn is found in a pretty historic village, nestling in a hollow away from busy roads and bustling towns. A country retreat in a conservation area with a friendly English pub/ restaurant just a short walk away. You will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee milk, ,butter and snacks on arrival and the smell of your fresh bread as it finishes baking.. Nearby car charging point.

Wheelwright's Cottage

The cottage is a self contained unit with it's own garden. On street parking is available and the local pub is two doors away. It is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside and the local historic towns of Oundle and Stamford.
